 What's in a Name?

I believe strongly that each of us comes into this world with a clear internal compass—this is at the core of who we are and includes our highest values and biggest aspirations.  When we are paying attention and living in alignment with this core it serves as our north star.

The static of expectations and experiences can interfere with our ability to clearly hear that inner voice, leading us to feel confused, maybe purposeless at times, or wondering why what we thought we wanted isn’t making us happy.

We can make choices and take actions that reverse this pattern.  When we do, when we take the time to uncover what most matters to us and live our lives from there, we find ourselves living in a centered state, a place where nothing knocks us far off balance and where we know what actions are a fit for us.

We are not superheroes here—we might still be afraid or disappointed—but what we choose and how we act from this place is always true.  My promise to you as a coach is that I will listen to you, ask you questions, and present challenges to help you find this place of clarity and translate that into your daily decisions and actions.
